1. Protective & Decorative Coatings
Industrial Color Painting: We provide custom liquid coating solutions matched to your specific RAL/Pantone color numbers or physical samples. This is a versatile and widely used method for protecting carbon steel and iron castings.
Powder Coating: A high-durability, environmentally friendly alternative to traditional painting. It offers superior resistance to chipping, scratching, and UV degradation while providing an exceptionally uniform finish.

2. Chemical Conversion & Passivation
Pickling & Passivation: Specialized for Stainless Steel castings. This process removes surface contaminants and “heat tint” to restore the protective chromium-oxide layer, ensuring maximum corrosion resistance in medical or marine environments.
Anodizing: A critical electrochemical process for Aluminum castings. It creates a hard, non-conductive oxide layer that prevents oxidation and can be dyed in various colors for branding.
Black Oxide Coating: A cost-effective chemical conversion coating for ferrous metals. It provides a sleek black aesthetic and basic rust prevention without altering the dimensional tolerances of the part.
Phosphating Treatment: A chemical conversion process that creates a crystalline layer on steel or iron. It is the ideal primer for subsequent painting or as a base for lubricating oils to reduce friction.
